Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I bring a plus one?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.
- What is the dress code?
- We ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Summer colours are encouraged, but not mandatory. The attached photo is provided for example only.
- Where will the event be taking place?
- Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Station in Pilot Butte. Check out the details here.
- Is there parking available?
Yes there is parking available. Click here to view the parking map. Taxis and rideshare services like Uber can also drop off passengers there. - Is there an ATM on site?
- There is no ATM on site. We will have a cash bar and drinks will be $3 for each or $20 for 7 drinks.
- Is the event indoors or outdoors?
- The wedding ceremony will take place on the back lawn, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors but the patio and outdoors space will be accessible through the night. Please keep in mind that the outdoor terrain is grassy and may be uneven.
- When should I RSVP by?
- Please RSVP no later than April 15th, 2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
- What time should I arrive?
- The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We ask that you arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for parking and seating.
- Can I bring my kids?
- Due to limited numbers, we are unable to accommodate children at the event. We hope you understand.
